week in review

Hi bloggee's.. well this post is not going to be on the inspiring side. I'll just use it as - next week i'll do better.  I did work out but on the super bare minimum.  I did a short run after work tue & thrs.. that's it.  No pole, no run/workout before work, no spinning :(.  (  I was contemplating all 3 through out the week)   I don't know if it was the rainy weather.. or getting my period.


Oh well.  I still have the weekend!  And wait until next week i'm going to be on top of things.  Oh i did start a new diet change - trying to not have any alcoholic beverages Mon -thrs.  Usually i feel pretty dehydrated anyway if i have a good workout.. then small glass of wine w/ dinner.. so it should help as well as cut out a few calories.
