Ok.. perhaps there's been some slacking this week.. why i haven't posted.
The week started out well, some biking on Sat with a few hills was fun. Sunday morning did a long 5 mile run, yay. Monday night, met big G for a hike up Griffith. It's a short hike but steep. Great sunset views. I was on a roll!
... then Tue came. I was a bit tired, stayed a bit late at work got home late and chose WOW over working out. Ok maybe a rest day was ok. Then wed. i wasn't feeling great had a little sore throat so i went out with work peeps for dinner instead of working out. Ugh. Today .. back on track!
